PolicyStat Healthcare providers - Lab services documents

PolicyStat healthcare sites/users: Seeking information from other healthcare organizations with multiple sites and high quantities of laboratory services documents.Do you have a good solution and would you bewilling to discuss 1) structure of platform (do you have a separate location for lab?) 2) approval workflows - how do you handle and do youinclude committees to handle volume and sign off 3) and a variety of related questions. Thanks in advance for any adviceyou can share .

We do not have a separate site for Lab and yes there is a high quantity of documents. We have various areas defined for the different labs. For committees- we generally identify that as a step with one person taking on that responsibility to approve on behalf of the committee. The documents seem to flow through without too much trouble. Hi Carol, We have PolicyStat for our labs (6 hospitals plus a division lab manual). Lab has a total of 1786 policies and other documents. They do not have a separate location. If you’d like to discuss, please contact me via email:Cheryl.Postlewaite@HCAHealthcare.com and we’ll schedule a call.
